After spawning, The Neighbor will actively chase players. The Neighbor can be stunned for a moderate time.

The Neighbor will actively make its way towards players at a moderate pace. When spotting a player, he will break into a sprint. Contact with The Neighbor will deal enough to instantly kill players, resulting in The Neighbor grabbing them on kill.

If The Neighbor is chasing a player and there is line of sight, he is able to toss a tomato dealing very minimal damage and causing them to gain slowness, as well as flashing a tomato splat on their screen.
