When spawning, Sakuya Izayoi will rise out from the thorn. Sakuya Izayoi can be stunned for a short duration of time.

Like most terrors, Sakuya Izayoi will actively chase players at a moderate speed, prioritizing players within its line of sight. When Sakuya Izayoi is chasing a target, she can toss a flurry of knives, dealing low damage multiple times rapidly at targets in front of her. When she's close to a player, she will stop and throw a single set of knives, dealing low damage. These can be dodged by running towards her in precise timing.

Every 30-40 seconds, Sakuya Izayoi will stop time, freezing the timer visually and causing all players to be unable to move, except those under the protection of Kat Charm. She will do this for around 10 seconds, and Sakuya Izayoi is freely able to move while doing it. Additionally, Sakuya Izayoi cannot be stunned during this time. You are able to jump when frozen, which resets the AFK timer.
