After spawning, Rapture Baldi will remain stationary near on the thorn it spawned at. Rapture Baldi cannot be stunned or clashed, and cannot be tased either.
Rapture Baldi will flash on all players screens roughly every 20-30 seconds. Rapture Baldi will cause the player to be slowed and gain slowness; as well as obscure the player's vision.

- If a player has Have Plush, Rapture Baldi’s slowness will not affect them.
- With certain glitch effects applied, Rapture Baldi can be recolored back to look like normal Baldi.

Having the ability to overwrite the Slowness debuff (either with Sinner ability, Broken Glass Coil Bleed, etc.) can help you in a pinch. This will probably not fix the fact that they will blind you for almost the same amount of time however.
