Purple Medic will chase players at a moderate speed. Purple Medic can be stunned though it will be blocked, knocking players back.

Purple Medic will follow players around, standing nearby them completely passively. Purple Medic will sometimes stop and wave at players.

When Purple Medic is near a player, they will occasionally use their medkit around every 15 seconds, healing players nearby for a very low amount of health. However, this will also inflict a random debuff on players with a randomized potency. Purple Medic is able to inflict virtually EVERY debuff in-game, including those exclusive to specific terrors. This will also override the player's current status effect.
