Terror Info
After spawning, John Doe will change the music before becoming active, chasing down players. John Doe cannot be stunned.
John Doe will actively walk towards players. While John Doe is walking, they are able to teleport to players, indicated by a glitchy sound and the screen flashing red, as well as a short laugh. John Doe will break into a sprint after enough time has passed. When John Doe reaches a target, they have a variety of attacks they can do. John Doe will keep moving while attacking players.
- Slash
Deals heavy damage and inflicts bleed. This hits twice if John Doe is running. This can also inflict Laceration. - Frenzy
Deals low damage and inflicts bleed, hits four times total. - Leap
If John Doe is at a distance to their target or on random intervals if nobody is around, John Doe may stop and leap to their location, slamming the location the target was at the beginning of the leap. Players around John Doe when they leap will also be hit for low damage. This is also telegraphed by the laugh John Doe does. When John Doe lands, they will create a large AoE explosion, dealing enough to instantly kill players hit directly, dealing low damage and inflicting bleed to nearby players, as well as slowing players. John Doe will not leap if they are walking. Leaps can also be used during Rage. - Lighting
John Doe will glitch and make screeching sounds while walking, and flash the screen red. Shortly after, very quick indicators will appear under all players being targeted by it, and strike it almost immediately after with lighting, dealing heavy damage, inflicting bleed, and slowing players down hit by it. While John Doe is in Rage, this will happen automatically around every 6 seconds. - Dash
While John Doe is at a distance and the target is close enough, John Doe may charge forward at a high speed. If John Doe makes contact with a player while dashing, they will take low damage and be dealt knockback. Dash is only usable when not walking and not enraged. This can also inflict Laceration. - Rage
After enough time has passed, John Doe will stop and let out a loud roar, flash the screen red, then begin charging towards a player at an insanely high speed. Players near John Doe when they start Rage will be hit for low damage. John Doe will ignore other players during this charge, and will also gain speed the longer Rage is on for. During charge, if John Doe is near a player, they will begin dragging their arm along the ground, creating a bloody trail. Once John Doe has reached their target, they will pierce them and lift them in the air. John Doe will then expand their blade, which will deal enough to instantly kill them and bypass protection. This will also reset John Doe back to their walking state after it has finished. - Hacking
When John Doe is active, occasionally, a popup on the players UI will appear with a bar that will fill up rapidly while rapidly taunting the player. The “You” point will progress towards the “Die” point, and clicking on the “Resist” button will cause it to go back a bit. Players either need to mash the Resist button or mash their “Q” key on their keyboard or flick their right thumbstick down repeatedly. If the “You” point reaches the “Die” point, then the pop-up will change to “rest well”, along with the player's name before dealing enough to instantly kill them roughly a second later while playing a loud noise. Being hacked will also slow players and deal overtime damage to the player for as long as it is on their UI for, but will not kill players. Additionally, it will disable active perk abilities. All players will receive the popup at roughly the same time.
