Terror Info
After spawning, Jacob will begin chasing players. Jacob can be stunned for a short duration.
Jacob will patrol towards players holding their rifle at a slow pace. When the target’s within their line of sight, they will lift it and aim it towards them. Jacob will also stop at around 10 meters from a player and never get too close, snapping to aim at targets when within that range. Jacob will only attack when a target is within line of sight, meaning Jacob can actively wait around corners or behind walls if close enough to a target for them to be visible before attacking.
Jacob can fire a single shot, two shots, or a small burst of four shots at a time, echoing a very large radius out from himself. Getting hit by Jacob is random, as he will always hit the person he is targeting when firing, however, will only actually damage them at a % chance based on the distance from Jacob to the player, as well as the player's luck stat. If a player is hit by Jacob, they will take between 15 and 80 damage at random, and get inflicted with heavy blood loss as well as being slowed down. If the bullet misses, a sound of a bullet flying by is played instead at a random volume & pitch. He also has a chance to headshot and instantly kill players.
Being 10 meters from Jacob will always guarantee the player is hit, while being 160 meters away will ensure Jacob will always miss. Luck reduces the maximum range that Jacob is able to hit a player at, down to a maximum distance of 118 meters. Likewise, negative luck is able to increase Jacob’s hit distance.
