Terror Info

Husk Lord will chase players at an average speed. Husk Lord can be stunned, causing a deflect and players to be knocked back.

Husk Lord will target one player at a time, occasionally swapping if players manage to evade it for long enough. Husk Lord has an infection aura around him, which scales with his “swarm” count. Players within this aura will lose HP rapidly and also become infected with Arrival Infection. Stunning Husk Lord will reduce the swarm count by 1.

At 10+ swarm, the Husk Lord will begin spawning up to 7 Husk Flies whenever casting a global ability; which will chase players and deal rapid low damage to players, as well as inflicting Arrival infection on them.

Globally, the Husk Lord has the following abilities that it will do passively around every 10 seconds. These are indicated by a red flash around him.

  • Husk Lord’s Blood - The Husk Lord creates blood orbs around random players, which fly up and explode in the sky, raining blood rapidly dealing rapid low damage and distorting players screens with messages.
  • Husk Lord’s Chain - The Husk Lord creates several large glowing red chains around random players which solidify into barriers, preventing players from moving through them. These chains deal low damage and knock players back if players are directly hit by them appearing.
  • Husk Lord’s Rage - If the swarm of the Husk Lord is above 66%, the Husk Lord will scream and emit a massive red mist, infecting all players within a massive range around him with Arrival Infection and slowing them down. Otherwise, this will increase Husk Lord’s swarm count by 3.

Husk Lord has a variety of attacks it can perform.

  • Incoherent Hatred - Getting hit by any of the Husk Lord's direct physical attacks will randomly inflict Curse, Fear, Slowness, Burn, Weakness, or Blindness with a potency of 5. Additionally, getting hit by Husk Lord will also cause the screen to become distorted for a moment, similar to Restless Creator.
  • Husk Lord’s Trace - If Husk Lord’s target is not nearby, it will sink into the ground and reappear a small distance away from them.
  • Husk Lord’s Stakes - Sends a shockwave of large spikes forward; slowly appearing one after the other. These deal heavy damage, slowing players down, as well as infecting them with Arrival Infection and linger for the rest of the round as barriers that players cannot pass through.
  • Husk Lord’s Swarm - Sends a massive swarm of Husk Flies towards their target as multiple projectiles, dealing low damage and inflicting Arrival infection.
  • Husk Lord’s Hand - Husk Lord will dash forward and swipe with their claws, dealing heavy damage and infecting them. These swipes are very wide and also cause infection buildup.
  • Husk Lord’s Fissure - Husk Lord will dash forward and smash the ground with their hands, creating an explosion and sending players upwards. This also causes the creation of several chains around Husk Lord.
  • Husk Lord’s Sword - This attack doesn’t trigger Incoherent Hatred. The Husk Lord will use it’s third arm to grab it’s sword and swing, creating a massive shockwave forward, dealing moderate damage and bleed. This also causes heavy damage to players.
  • Husk Lord’s Judgement - If Husk Lord’s target has Silver Kat Charm active or uses a teleporter while within range and is not currently attacking, Husk Lord will dash forward very quickly and grab a player with its third hand, inflicting Fear. Afterwards, its two claws will form into a mouth-like shape and then chomp down on the grabbed player, dealing enough to instantly kill them and bypassing protection.

Trivia

  • Husk Lord is inspired by The Roach Emperor from Limbus Company.
  • Husk Lord is the source of the Infection used on Arrival, Overseer, and Restless Creator.
  • Husk Lord is a canonical Demon, the opposite of Angels. Their goal is to eliminate their angel so that they can die.
  • Demons are defined by the horns on their heads; while Angels are defined by their halos.
  • As Husk Lord has both horns and a halo. It may mean that Husk Lord has either merged with its angel, or paradoxically, it is its own angel. The same may be true for Roblander, who also has both.
  • Husk Lord’s Husk Flies act very similarly to Hush’s Blue Flies; just with the added Infection & slight speed increase.
  • Due to the amount of barriers Husk Lord can create, he may unintentionally cover the exit thorn completely with attacks, preventing players from escaping.
  • Nano Medkit is essential for surviving Husk Lord unless playing as Stringman.
