After spawning, Genocide Robot will make its presense known with an on-screen warning. Shortly after, it will begin attacking.

When the player is on the ground, Genocide Robot will trigger, causing a massive warning to appear on the ground. Around a second later, the ground will pulse; causing the player to take moderate damage if they were touching the ground. This will repeat endlessly roughly every 8 seconds; however, it will wait until the player is touching the ground before triggering.

After Wave 10, Genocide robot speeds up to attack every 4 seconds.

• It is possible to avoid the attack by being under Genocide Robot; ensuring no unfair deaths from Genocide Robot if it happens to trigger on a stairway or when falling.
• Similar to other attacks that players must jump over, Genocide Robot will not hit players if they are in the air even if they are touching the hitbox.
• Genocide Robot will simply not activate while the player is holding Have Plush
