Frost Sac will slowly chase players down. Frost sac can be stunned.

Once Frost Sac is close enough, it will stop and spray ice in a wide arc in front of itself, either right to left or left to right. The ice deals low rapid damage, as well as inflicting freezing and knocking the player upwards.
