Unlike most terrors, Deedee will remain invisible and passive.

Deedee has a chance of appearing on the player's UI every 30-70 seconds. She will sing for a moment before causing a random Medium difficulty terror to be spawned; indicated by text appearing on everyone's UI claiming that a new challenger is approaching. This terror will always appear at the central Robland thorn, and will also never be an elite.

After Wave 9, Deedee will no longer be able to summon new terrors.

Deedee additionally has a 1/1024 chance to appear as XOR when appearing, who will instead spawn a random Insane difficulty terror. If this happens, Deedee will also despawn, becoming inactive for the rest of the round.

• Deedee is the only terror capable of spawning additional Insane terrors.
• Deedee will try to avoid spawning other disruption terrors.
• Despite being a Disruption, she is unable to be prevented by Have Plush or other methods due to her being networked.
• Deedee, unlike other terrors that can summon new terrors, has no limit on how many they can summon; just that they will stop spawning terrors after Wave 9.
